Yukarimi LLC Selected for Business Development and Validation Support Program [MIX PoC]

The Matsue Startup Ecosystem Consortium announces the selection of Yukarimi LLC (Representative Partner: Daiki Yamanegi) as the 7th participant in its MIX PoC (Business Development and Validation Support Program).

Yukarimi LLC will undertake a project to build and demonstrate a self-sustaining AI utilization model for non-engineers.

This project will provide SMEs in Matsue City with practical, job-integrated AI training followed by continuous post-training support. Beyond theoretical knowledge, participants will organize their own workflows and receive support in integrating AI as a concrete solution into daily operations. The goal is to cultivate talent capable of independently developing productivity tools without programming experience, enabling frontline-driven efficiency improvements, while also validating the effectiveness of this approach.

The 'Matsue Startup Ecosystem' will continue to strengthen its city-wide support environment to empower individuals pursuing entrepreneurship, startup ventures, and new business development within Matsue City.

As AI adoption grows, businesses now need the next step: building systems directly tied to their own operations. However, regional SMEs face challenges in AI adoption due to a shortage of IT talent.

In this project, we will leverage our specialized expertise to provide practical support enabling 'non-engineers' without programming knowledge to independently build and operate AI-driven workflows.

Guided by our founding mission to 'revitalize Matsue,' we will take the first step toward democratizing AI-driven development in Matsue through MIX PoC, achieving fundamental productivity improvements.
