The fair features exclusive menu items generously using Hakata spicy cod roe from Fukutaro, a company famous for the Fukuoka souvenir "Menbei". Menu highlights include Mentai Double Cheese Pork Okonomiyaki (1,290 yen), Hakata Mentai Monjayaki with stretchy cheese (1,390 yen), and side dishes like Menbei Potato Salad (490 yen) and Mentai Butter Grilled Onigiri (300 yen).
