Dondontei, a specialty okonomiyaki restaurant operated by Mi Corporation Co., Ltd., is hosting the limited-time 'Bariuma! Hakata Mentaiko Fair' starting Tuesday, June 2, 2026, featuring Hakata spicy cod roe from Yamaguchi Oil Store Fukutaro Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minami-ku, Fukuoka City; President: Motonobu Higuchi; hereinafter 'Fukutaro').

This fair is a special collaboration between two Fukuoka-based companies, born from the desire to make 'Hakata flavors more accessible.' We've created exclusive dishes that highlight the rich umami of mentaiko, enhanced by the signature aroma of teppan cooking—available nowhere else.

Additionally, a TV commercial has launched alongside the fair, bringing the charm of 'Hakata's delicious treats' to local communities.
