Matsumi Housing Co., Ltd. (Kodaira City, Tokyo) has opened a 34-tsubo, two-story wooden accommodation experience facility (minpaku) where not only adults but also small children and pets can spend time together.

In collaboration with California Kōmuten, the design is inspired by "Coastal House," allowing guests to enjoy a seaside lifestyle, including surfing and marine sports.

The approximately 270m2 garden is equipped with a gazebo and a spacious wooden deck. BBQ can be easily enjoyed even on rainy days.

It can also be used as a dog run and features a barrier-free design that is friendly to dogs and children.

Located at Ichinomiya 10050-2, Ichinomiya Town, Chosei District, Chiba Prefecture, it is situated along the Beach Line, the town's main street. Adjacent to it is the popular commercial facility, Seaside Mall Ichinomiya.
