Background and Outlook of Debt Financing

Amidst increasing inbound accommodation demand, with inbound tourist numbers expected to reach an all-time high in 2025, our company has been expanding its platform connecting "spaces" and "guests" using StayX.

Until now, we have primarily raised funds through equity financing. This time, we have secured 1.5 billion yen through debt financing from financial institutions. By diversifying our financing methods, we will continue to raise funds dynamically and strive to provide new accommodation infrastructure for a tourism-oriented nation by expanding our business in coexistence with local communities.
