On Wednesday, June 10, the first permanent department store location for the beef bowl chain 'Matsuya,' named 'Matsuya PREMIUM,' will open at Matsuya Ginza. This project originated from the shared name between the department store, which celebrated its 100th anniversary last May, and the restaurant chain. A previous limited-time pop-up store achieved record-breaking sales in the food section, leading to this permanent collaboration. Under the theme of 'luxury and accessibility,' the store will offer exclusive, high-quality products using domestic ingredients.

The store design features a sophisticated black and wood-toned brown palette with gold accents. Staff, dressed in professional brown vest uniforms, have undergone specialized hospitality training. The menu includes exclusive, luxurious items such as Kobe beef bowls, domestic Kuroge Wagyu hamburg steaks, and 'Sogyo Beef Rich Curry.'
