This is the 13th iteration of the course, which aims to foster strategic HR leaders who possess a management perspective and can drive organizational transformation.

In this course, participants will cultivate the practical ability to integrate individual employee aspirations, organizational issues, and management strategies, all while clarifying their own 'axis' as HR professionals.

Through dialogues with experienced executives and current HR directors serving as instructors, as well as discussions and group projects with participants from various industries, participants will gain multi-faceted perspectives and practical knowledge.
