LOGIBASE Toyota Completed in May 2026, Responding to Logistics Needs in the Mikawa Area Manufacturing Hub

Mitsui Fudosan Urban Development Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Shinichiro Dohara) is pleased to announce the completion of "LOGIBASE Toyota," a logistics facility developed in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture.

Construction of this property began in February 2025, and it was successfully completed in May of this year. Located with excellent access to the Tokai-Kanjo Expressway "Toyota Higashi IC" and other routes, it is ideally situated to meet the logistics needs of the manufacturing cluster in the Mikawa area.

Furthermore, given its location in the Mikawa area, which is a concentration of production bases for automotive-related companies, the facility anticipates logistics demand for parts and product transportation. Therefore, specifications have been adopted that can accommodate the storage of heavy goods with a low-floor design (floor load capacity of 2.0 t/㎡ on the first floor).

Additionally, the plan allows for multi-tenant use through unit division, as well as single-building use, aiming to create a logistics hub that can respond to a wide range of occupancy types and operational needs.
