Dining & Bar Key West, located on the 14th floor of Seaside Hotel Maiko Villa Kobe (Tarumi-ku, Kobe), is launching four 'Early Summer Original Cocktails' that highlight carefully selected local ingredients and unique stories. Guests can enjoy a luxurious adult evening in a prime location overlooking the Seto Inland Sea and the illuminated Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. The bar's name, 'Key West,' is derived from the Florida island beloved by Ernest Hemingway. This season's lineup includes a frozen daiquiri inspired by Hemingway, crafted with Awaji Island Meyer lemons, and a cocktail using local Akashi craft gin. The menu features: Awaji Island Meyer Lemon Frozen Daiquiri (1,500 yen), Homemade Raspberry Gin Floradora (1,500 yen), Emerald Splash (1,500 yen), and the non-alcoholic Hula Girl (1,100 yen).
