The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is promoting initiatives to foster dialogue with children to enhance policies from a child's perspective, aiming to realize a "Children First" society. As part of these efforts, the "Children's Tokyo Metropolitan Government Monitor" program has been established to appoint children and conduct surveys on metropolitan administration to understand their opinions and needs.
