To realize 'Smart Tokyo,' which leverages digital power to unleash the city's potential, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government operates the 'Tokyo Data Platform (TDPF)' to promote the utilization of various public and private data and support the creation of new services.
Previously, as part of its 'Smart Tokyo' initiatives, the TDPF has worked on creating use cases to solve societal challenges by utilizing various data. To further provide smart services that citizens can effectively experience, we are launching the 'Tokyo Data Platform Data-Driven Service Creation Business' starting this fiscal year.
This business will support projects that create services useful for solving public issues, as well as promote data utilization and distribution that supports smart cities through social implementation. We are announcing the public offering for fiscal 2026 projects.
