The Tokyo Metropolitan Government, based at Tokyo Innovation Base (hereinafter referred to as "TIB"), is promoting initiatives to build a community of students and young people who connect toward entrepreneurship and new challenges through creative events and daily interactions, while supporting their autonomous activities.
As part of these initiatives, we operate "TIB JAM," a community where young people who continuously explore and challenge themselves gather regularly at TIB, discuss ideas, inspire one another, and strongly support youth challenges through encounters with diverse players.
Now, we will host "TIB JAM FES," the largest event of TIB JAM, bringing together over 500 students and more than 20 ecosystem players. Through outcome presentations by students from overseas exchange programs, student pitches, and expert talk sessions, we will promote the appeal of taking on challenges and create new connections among participants as well as opportunities for their next endeavors.

On the day, in addition to expert talk sessions, we will offer pitch sessions by students and ideation programs aimed at solving everyday social issues, providing a space for learning and networking through interaction among participants and ecosystem players.

(3) Program Content
A. Student Pitch Sessions
Starting this fiscal year, we have launched a selective program targeting students seriously aiming to start businesses, centered around "Student Day." Students who have deepened their learning and practical experience through this program and honed their skills at TIB will present their ideas and challenges in a pitch session.
B. Booth Exhibitions by Student Groups, etc.
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has previously collaborated with student groups from universities and other institutions that support "challenging students." We will showcase the appeal of each group's activities and initiatives, creating opportunities for visiting students to discover new challenges and activities.
C. Experiential Program to Learn the Process of Turning Ideas into Reality
Using the TIB JAM Original Card Game developed for TIB JAM FES, we will run a participatory project enabling attendees to refine their ideas through dialogue with ecosystem players and experts. Participants can casually consult and experience the process of idea generation and refinement.
D. Talk Sessions by Leading Experts in Various Fields
Sessions featuring experts active on the front lines across fields such as entrepreneurship, social issues, overseas experiences, AI, and startups, offering insights and hints for shaping future careers and next steps in personal challenges.

2. About TIB JAM
(1) Project Overview
Inspired by musical "jam sessions" involving improvisation, TIB JAM is a project that supports creative activities where students freely gather at TIB and continuously generate new ideas.
(2) Activities
Through interactions with entrepreneurs and supporters, as well as practical programs, we aim to foster essential entrepreneurial mindset (entrepreneurship) in students who will shape the future society, and to create a movement supporting student challenges together with diverse ecosystem players.
○ Regularly hosting events such as "IDEA FLASH Session," where discussions with experts reveal cutting-edge developments and current challenges across various industries, and "JAM Meetup," a casual meetup for students to interact with professionals and entrepreneurs.
○ Holding "Student Day" every Wednesday, where middle school, high school, and university students can casually visit TIB to develop business ideas and refine business plans for entrepreneurship.
○ Hosting annual ideation events in the Tama region and, as an opportunity to learn global perspectives and advanced startup ecosystems, implementing an overseas dispatch program to Munich and Paris this fiscal year. Insights and networks gained from these visits will be brought back to Tokyo's startup ecosystem to stimulate new student-led initiatives and revitalize the community.
