Misaki Mirai Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Yuta Misaki) is pleased to announce that it has begun participation in the supply-demand adjustment market (primary adjustment, offline) as of April 1, 2026, for the "MSK Imari Battery Storage Station" (Output: 2MW / Capacity: 8MWh) located in Higashiyamashiro-cho, Imari City, Saga Prefecture.
The MSK Imari Battery Storage Station was completed in December 2025 and has been operating in the wholesale electricity market since January 2026. With the commencement of participation in the supply-demand adjustment market, the facility is now transitioning to a more full-scale operational phase.
This project is the first grid-scale battery storage initiative in our energy business portfolio and serves as the foundation for our future business expansion.
Starting with this project, we aim to build a group of businesses centered on grid-scale battery storage and strive to further enhance our corporate value. Through these efforts, we will contribute to society by stabilizing power supply and demand.
