Mi-labo Launches 'mila-e Reservation' for Childcare Support in Atami City, Shizuoka

Mi-labo Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazuya Tanigawa), a developer of services for local governments, has launched its online reservation service 'mila-e Reservation' in Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture, as of June 1, 2026.

Background of Implementation To provide family-oriented childcare services, Atami City introduced Mi-labo's maternal health app in April 2026, known as the 'Atami City Parent-Child Handbook App.' Following this, the city has now implemented 'mila-e Reservation' to manage childcare class bookings and health checkup schedule changes. By linking the 'mila-e Parent-Child Handbook' with 'mila-e Reservation,' users can receive push notifications for municipal updates and seamlessly transition to booking procedures. This eliminates the need for phone reservations during office hours, reducing the burden on families.

Usage Details Target services include Piyo-Piyo classes, 1.5-year/3-year health checkup rescheduling, and dental checkup/consultation rescheduling. Users can access the service via the 'mila-e Parent-Child Handbook' app using their authenticated account.

Mi-labo provides DX support to approximately 300 municipalities nationwide, specializing in electronic applications and digital services for maternal health, welfare, and education.
