Mila-e Launches Maternal and Child Health DX Services in Gose City, Nara, Including App, Digital Coupons, and Online Application

Mirabo (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazuya Tanigawa), a developer of services for local governments, announced the introduction of three services in Gose City, Nara: the maternal health record app "mila-e Oyako Techo," the digital coupon service "mila-e Coupon," and the administrative DX service "mila-e Application." Operations commenced on June 1, 2026.

Background of the Introduction

Gose City has long engaged in childcare support programs, having provided the "Waku Waku Child-rearing Navi" (the "Old App"), which was based on a maternal health record app developed by Mirabo, since 2023. To further enhance "accompaniment-style counseling support" for families, the base app has been renewed as "mila-e Oyako Techo" and will now be provided as the "Gose City Oyako Techo."

Additionally, the city has introduced the "mila-e Coupon" digital coupon service and "mila-e Application" administrative DX service as functional expansions.

For postpartum care services, residents can now apply for, issue, and receive digital coupons online. At postpartum care facilities, users can simply scan a QR code to redeem the coupons.

Furthermore, "mila-e Oyako Techo" now supports "Myna Portal Integration." Previously, users had to manually input vaccination dates and records. Now, these records can be displayed in the app without manual entry.

Service Details

Maternal Health App: "mila-e Oyako Techo" Features include email delivery and push notifications tailored to age, a vaccination scheduler to prevent missed shots, and a digital maternal health record function for growth graphs and checkup records.

Please check the instructions on the top page of the old app. Failure to migrate by December 31, 2026, will result in the loss of data.

Digital Coupon Service / Online Application Target services include Gose City postpartum care (short-stay, day-care, outreach). Targets are postpartum women and infants under one year, and those who have experienced miscarriage or stillbirth within one year. Facilities include Shinyu Midwifery Clinic, Sakura Ladies Clinic, Mothering House Mitsuki, Soel Midwifery Clinic, Non Midwifery Clinic, and Maman Postpartum Care House.
