Mila-bo to Launch Digital Health Check Questionnaire Service "Mila-e Kenshin" for 1 Year and 6 Month Olds in Yamagata City, Gifu Prefecture

Mila-bo Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazuya Tanikawa; hereinafter "Mila-bo"), a developer of services for local governments, will expand the scope of its "Mila-e Kenshin" digital health check questionnaire service, which is being introduced in Yamagata City, Gifu Prefecture, to include health checkups for 1 year and 6 month olds starting in July 2026.

Background for the Expansion of "Mila-e Kenshin"

Yamagata City, Gifu Prefecture, has been providing child-rearing services tailored to pregnant women and families with young children. In August 2022, they introduced the "Yamagata City Child-Rearing Support App Sakuracco Navi (*)" based on the maternal and child health handbook app developed and provided by Mila-bo. In May 2025, they introduced the "Mila-e Kenshin" digital health check questionnaire service, which has been operational for infants aged 3-4 months and 10-11 months.

Following the introduction, many parents have utilized the digital questionnaires, leading to the decision to expand the scope of eligible health checkups starting in July 2026 as follows:

Developed based on technologies refined through demonstration projects by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, such as the "Vaccination Record System" and the "COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate App," "Mila-e Kenshin" is primarily used in infant health checkup settings.
