Shogo Kitamura, who has entered into a franchise agreement with MIGRIDS Inc. (Tokyo, Japan; CEO: Taro Suzuki), which operates the all-you-can-attend personal training gym "ELEMENT" in Tokyo, will grand open "ELEMENT Yoyogi," an all-you-can-attend personal and machine pilates gym, on June 1, 2026. "ELEMENT," which has been expanding primarily in Tokyo and now has 69 stores nationwide since 2020, is a personal gym brand offering unlimited access for a monthly fee of ¥39,800. Through 30-minute personal training sessions, we have supported customers in establishing the habit of exercise (*).

We are now pleased to announce the grand opening of an all-you-can-attend personal gym in the Yoyogi and Shinjuku areas. Through weight training and machine pilates, we will support our customers in solidifying their exercise habits. At ELEMENT, you can experience the 'habit of exercise' and the 'dietary transformation experience' that were difficult to achieve alone.

Services Offered

ELEMENT's training consists of 30-minute ultra-focused sessions. The Yoyogi and Shinjuku branches will offer three training menus:

Weight Training

This involves support during free weight exercises and bodyweight workouts. We design optimal training plans for each individual, ranging from weight training aimed at muscle gain for body sculpting, to shaping exercises focused on specific areas of concern or desired definition, and functional improvement for parts of the body with limited mobility or stiffness.

Machine Pilates

Machine pilates utilizes machines to support the body, allowing for precise muscle engagement and body line transformation by adjusting the resistance. By consciously engaging muscles with the support of the machines, it helps to correct body alignment and twists, leading to a transformation towards the individual's natural, beautiful body line.

Weight Training and Machine Pilates

To meet the demand from clients seeking greater effectiveness in their diet and body-making goals, we have introduced a dual plan that allows clients to take both weight training and machine pilates personal sessions.
