MIL Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku, Tokyo; CEO: Atsushi Mitsuoka), which supports 'mutual understanding' between companies and students through interactive recruitment, will hold an online conference titled 'New Graduate Recruitment Future Conference 2026 Summer' on July 14, 15, and 16, 2026.
This is the third installment of the 'New Graduate Recruitment Future Conference,' which has attracted over 1,400 participants to date. This special edition focuses on 'automating recruitment briefings' under the concept: 'Recruitment never stops, 24/7. A one-day intensive course on briefing automation.'
Background Amidst a declining birthrate and the trend of earlier and longer recruitment cycles, new graduate hiring is at a major turning point. With students' environments changing, companies have limited time to engage with them. In fact, for companies supported by MIL, 53% of briefing views occur during 'nights, early mornings, and holidays' when HR staff are not working. By automating briefings, HR can dedicate more time to individual dialogue and follow-ups.
Key Sessions 1. Keynote by Futa Sakai (Former HR Development Manager at DeNA): 'Why is Lead Generation Reaching its Limit? Redefining Recruitment as Contact Design.' As the sustainability of traditional lead generation is shaken, this session proposes a shift toward 'contact design' to maintain continuous engagement. 2. Keynote by Kaori Chiba (Author of 'Strategy of Speaking'): 'Why Don't HR's Thoughts Reach Gen Z?' A professional speaker who has trained over 7,000 people will explain communication tips to influence students' decision-making.
