Customers can utilize the appraisal and purchase service for their existing jewelry by a partner vendor licensed for antique dealing, with whom MILAMORE collaborates. The funds obtained can then be considered for the purchase of new jewelry.

Please note that this service is provided as part of an experience aimed at fostering new encounters with jewelry. MILAMORE is not a party to the purchase agreement, and the appraisal and purchase will be conducted by the partner vendor.

1. Appraisal by a partner vendor at the Aoyama Showroom

2. Presentation of the appraisal amount

3. Upon acceptance, a purchase agreement is concluded with the partner vendor

4. The purchase amount is transferred to the customer's designated account or paid in cash on the same day

5. Consideration for the purchase of new jewelry

* If you are not satisfied with the appraisal result, the item will be returned.

* Some materials and conditions may not be accepted.
