International Mindfulness Center JAPAN (hereinafter IMCJ, operated by Kuu Inc.) will hold the "Mindfulness Theory Course 2nd Term Final Presentation" online on Sunday, April 12, 2026. This event is free for anyone to attend.

Background of the Event The "Mindfulness Theory Course" organized by IMCJ is a program that systematically learns mindfulness from both theoretical and practical aspects. It is characterized by project-based learning where participants generate output for their self-set challenges, while incorporating evidence-based approaches such as MBSR and MBCT, and diverse perspectives like Buddhist psychology.

In the second term, which commenced in September 2025, participants have spent six months exploring and practicing based on their professional domain-specific concerns. This presentation event is planned as a forum to widely share their achievements and deepen dialogue on the diverse application possibilities of mindfulness.
