"Hakata Specialty Mizutaki" - More Accessible, More New

Ming aims to be a facility loved not only by tourists looking for souvenirs but also by local customers who use Hakata Station daily. Through this collaboration with Hakata Hamadori, we hope to provide many customers with enjoyment by conveying the appeal of "mizutaki," a representative food culture of Fukuoka, in a new form.

Until now, "POP UP SPACE" has mainly featured live demonstrations and sales of sweets and confectionery, but this is the first time we are challenging live sales in the food category. The "Mizutaki-yaki Shumai" grilled on-site offers the atmosphere and excitement unique to freshly made food.

The "Hakata Chicken Dashi Champon," unveiled for the first time, is a new product that utilizes the umami of Hakata's characteristic chicken broth. It is a shelf-stable product that is also suitable for modern lifestyles and souvenir needs.

Through this initiative, Ming wants tourists and local customers alike to "experience" the culinary delights of Hakata anew. And we want them to think, "When I come to Hakata, it has to be Ming."
