The Fund will begin accepting investments starting July 4 (Saturday).

Focusing on the high-end resort market in Ise-Shima, which enjoys strong tourism demand and high support from affluent domestic and international travelers, the Fund targets the operation of 'MOKU ISESHIMA,' an exclusive private villa accommodating only one group per day.

Funds raised from investors will be used to enhance soft aspects such as 'cuisine' and 'hospitality,' which determine the facility's value.

By delivering a top-tier guest experience, the villa maintains high room rates and occupancy. Distributions to investors will be funded by daily accommodation revenue generated from hotel operations. The Fund adopts a 'revenue-linked' model that directly returns real business cash flows, avoiding reliance on unpredictable real estate capital gains or complex financial mechanisms. This results in a transparent and easily forecastable investment structure.
