Takara Leben Co., Ltd., a group company of MIRARTH Holdings, Inc., and Meitetsu Urban Development Co., Ltd. have launched sales for 'Leben Gokiso M's TOWER' in Nagoya, Aichi, as of June 5.

This project is the tallest and largest redevelopment in Showa-ku, located just a 3-minute walk from Gokiso station (Exit 2) on the Nagoya Municipal Subway Sakuradori and Tsurumai lines. A total of 16 floor plans are available, ranging from 1LDK (44.29㎡) to 3LDK (134.65㎡) to suit diverse lifestyles. Notably, the four types of upper-floor units are planned as premium residences featuring high-spec equipment, offering a sophisticated living space that brings exceptional fulfillment to daily life.

Project Features: (1) Nagoya's first tower residence integrated directly above a large-scale commercial facility, featuring 'Seiyu' on the ground floor. (2) Situated in the historic and prestigious 'Showa-ku Gokiso' area, close to the city center. (3) A new landmark boasting the tallest status and largest scale in Showa-ku, with high-quality communal spaces.

Integrated Commercial-Residential Design: The project site is the location where the former 'Seiyu Gokiso Store' (closed in 2022) is being beautifully reborn. A 17-story tower residence with 142 units is being built above the new commercial space. Residents can complete their daily shopping just by exiting the elevator, allowing for a stress-free lifestyle regardless of weather. While ensuring high convenience by being located directly above commercial facilities, the residential entrance is set back from the road to ensure security and privacy.

Historical Location in Gokiso: The name 'Gokiso' is said to originate from the area being the sacred territory for creating 'goki' (pottery) for the Atsuta Jingu Shrine, which has over 1,900 years of history. Retaining its dignity, the area offers excellent access, reaching Nagoya Station in 15 minutes directly. Furthermore, as the administrative hub housing the Showa Ward Office, it is a prestigious residential district filled with convenience and peace of mind.

Landmark Status and Design: As a new symbol of the area, the design pursues a universal beauty that does not lose its progressiveness over time. The exterior features a distinguished gate design at the base and a beautiful form that stretches towards the sky, creating a stylish presence. The spatial design includes an open two-story entrance hall, an owner's lounge with natural stone, and guest rooms, expressing the dignity of a mansion. The adoption of an internal corridor design ensures high privacy and security, providing a comfortable approach shielded from the elements.
