Miraxia Edge Technology Corporation (Headquarters: Nagaokakyo City, Kyoto Prefecture, President and CEO: Shogo Nakazawa) announces its participation in the "Techno Frontier 2026 Organizer Seminar" to be held on July 16, 2026 (Thu) at Tokyo Big Sight.

In this lecture, we will discuss critical issues in manufacturing in the era of Physical AI under the theme of "Practices for Transforming Microcomputer EOL and Vulnerability (CRA) Response to Support Next-Generation Manufacturing."

In next-generation manufacturing, where AI utilization and automation are advancing, the sustainability of product supply, in addition to innovative product development, is becoming increasingly important. In particular, responding to microcomputer EOL (End of Life) and cybersecurity regulations such as the EU Resilience Act (CRA) are challenges that significantly impact design, procurement, and manufacturing sites.

Based on our experience in microcomputer EOL and vulnerability response within the Panasonic Group, the predecessor to Miraxia, and hearing from many industrial and medical equipment manufacturers struggling with microcomputer EOL, we will introduce practical concepts and countermeasures for ensuring continuous supply. We will also explain the methodology and success stories for tackling these issues, demonstrating that EOL response and CRA response, which may seem like separate challenges, are in fact common issues that threaten the continuous supply of products and place a significant burden on design personnel.

Miraxia Edge Technology will continue to contribute to our customers' product development and the establishment of sustainable supply systems by providing technologies and services that support next-generation manufacturing.

Recommended for the following companies and personnel:

KEY FIGURES

13:20~14:10
13:20~14:10

• Limited personnel available for microcomputer EOL response, leading to slow initial actions. • Have already received EOL notifications for adopted microcomputers and want to grasp the overall scope and cost of response. • Unsure of what development sites need to do to comply with CRA reporting obligations. • Want to consider countermeasures for future contingencies that can be passed on to the next generation with peace of mind. • Manufacturers with products that involve small-lot, long-term supply, and overseas sales, such as in automotive, industrial equipment, and home appliances. • Concerned about "standardization and visualization" using AI due to the personalized nature of embedded software development requirements definition.
