1. 'Executive Seeds 30' for Future CEO Candidates Approximately 30 young talents with the potential to become future CEOs have been selected by the Top Talent Review Committee. The program includes assignments to key positions, including those in overseas group companies, voluntary enrollment in overseas business schools, and mentoring by top executives.
2. 'Proactive Frontier Posting' for Next-Generation Leaders This system allows candidates to apply for specific management positions. By disclosing job descriptions, grades, and compensation levels, the company promotes autonomous career development. Starting in the first half of fiscal 2026, the company plans to trial an AI-based matching system to optimize the selection process.
