Overview Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. announces the development of 'SHIBUYA PARK VISION,' its first and one of Japan's largest 3D outdoor advertising media. Sales and broadcasting are scheduled to commence on Monday, June 1, 2026, marking a new venture into the outdoor advertising (OOH) market.

Background and Strategy With Japan's total advertising expenditure exceeding 8 trillion yen, Mitsui Fudosan, as a leading developer, aims to create new advertising experiences that harmonize with urban development, rather than merely installing ad boards. While the company has previously utilized signage in its own properties, this project represents its first collaboration with a third-party property owner (Shibuya Ichino Building) to develop an outdoor advertising medium.

Features of SHIBUYA PARK VISION Located on the rooftop of the Shibuya Ichino Building, adjacent to Mitsui Fudosan's commercial facility 'MIYASHITA PARK,' the media occupies a prime position just a 3-minute walk from Shibuya Station, attracting over 1.7 million visitors monthly. The L-shaped media supports immersive 3D visual performances, allowing advertisers to reach target audiences—including young demographics, social media users, and inbound tourists—with high-impact, experiential campaigns.

Inaugural Campaign The inaugural promotion for 'SHIBUYA PARK VISION' will feature the new song 'BOOMPALA' by LE SSERAFIM. The broadcast will begin on June 1, featuring a 3D performance that maximizes the unique shape of the screen (test broadcasting scheduled for May 23).

Future Vision Mitsui Fudosan plans to leverage the experience from this project to expand its signage network to other office buildings and locations across Japan. By applying its expertise as a developer to synchronize advertising with urban flow and characteristics, the company will actively support promotional activities for both tenant companies and general advertisers.
