(Headquarters: Montreal, Canada; Co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer: Dominic Audet; hereinafter 'Moment Factory') have announced a new entertainment project in collaboration with The Pokémon Company International (Headquarters: Seattle, USA), where visitors can experience the world of Pokémon as a Pokémon Trainer. Under its long-term management policy '& INNOVATION 2030,' Mitsui Fudosan aims to evolve into an 'industry developer' and has positioned the entertainment sector as a key growth area. This project is part of the Location-Based Entertainment (LBE) business that Mitsui Fudosan is promoting under this strategy. By utilizing interactive technology and innovative storytelling, the project will express the Pokémon world in a real-world space. It will provide an immersive experience where fans can connect in the real world and go on adventures as Pokémon Trainers. The project is scheduled to launch in Europe in the spring of 2027, with plans for a multi-region tour.
