(Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shun Ueda; hereinafter "Mitsui Fudosan") will host the event "MĀORI ALL BLACKS RUGBY PARK" from Friday, June 26 to Sunday, June 28, 2026, for three days at the Mizube Hiroba area of Hisaya-odori Park (Hisaya-odori Park) in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, to commemorate the visit of the New Zealand rugby team "Māori All Blacks," which it supports as a regional partner.

This event aims to create opportunities for people to not only "watch" sports but also "enjoy and experience" them through rugby experience programs and interactive activities with players. In June 2024, Mitsui Fudosan entered into a partnership agreement with New Zealand Rugby (hereinafter "NZR"), the governing body for New Zealand's national rugby teams including the "All Blacks," "Māori All Blacks," and "All Blacks XV (Fifteens)."
