Our company is participating in the government's Electricity and Gas Price Volatility Mitigation Project (hereinafter referred to as "this project"). Following the announcement made on May 26, Reiwa 8 (2026), regarding "Energy Price Support in Light of the Middle East Situation," we will implement discounts on electricity and city gas prices based on the support for electricity and gas charges for usage from July 2026 (August meter reading) to September 2026 (October meter reading), as announced.

This project involves the government supporting the discount costs for businesses that provide discounts on electricity and gas charges to their customers based on their usage, according to the discount unit prices designated by the government.

Our company will continue to cooperate to the fullest extent in the implementation of this project to contribute to reducing the burden of electricity and city gas charges for our customers.

Overview of the "Electricity and Gas Price Volatility Mitigation Project"

Eligible Customers In principle, all customers who have contracted for electricity or city gas with our company are eligible.

*Customers contracting for extra-high voltage electricity and customers purchasing city gas for power generation with an annual contract volume of 10 million cubic meters or more are not eligible.

Application Period From July 2026 usage (August 2026 meter reading (billing) period) to September 2026 usage (October 2026 meter reading (billing) period).

Details Electricity: We will offer the following discounts from the fuel cost adjustment* unit price for each month.

* For August 2026 meter reading (billing) and October 2026 meter reading (billing) periods: High Voltage: ▲1.8 yen/kWh, Low Voltage: ▲3.5 yen/kWh, Gas: ▲14.0 yen/㎥

* For September 2026 meter reading (billing) period: High Voltage: ▲2.3 yen/kWh, Low Voltage: ▲4.5 yen/kWh, Gas: ▲18.0 yen/㎥

*This discount is a temporary burden reduction measure based on the government's subsidy system and does not change the fuel cost adjustment system itself.

Other No procedures are required for customers to receive the discount.
