MiYO ORGANIC Co., Ltd. (Location: Nagoya, Aichi; Representative Director: Miyo Yamamoto) announces that its eco-friendly amenities, aimed at reducing plastic usage, have been introduced in guest rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Tokyo Ginza Hotel (Location: 6-14-10 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Hiroyuki Mori). Based on Marriott International's sustainability and social impact guidelines, 'Serve 360: Doing Good In Every Direction,' the Courtyard by Marriott Tokyo Ginza Hotel is promoting initiatives toward plastic reduction. As part of this, MiYO ORGANIC's amenities have been introduced as the hotel's brand standard. Since its inception in 2020, MiYO ORGANIC has valued the balance between ethical manufacturing and comfort. While cherishing timeless comfort, we realize a sustainable and high-quality hotel stay suitable for the city of Ginza. The amenities introduced at the Courtyard by Marriott Tokyo Ginza Hotel use 100% recycled plastic for toothbrushes and hair combs, and paper materials for cotton swab handles. In addition, FSC-certified paper materials are used for packaging, achieving a thorough reduction in plastic usage. Despite the sustainable design, the specifications do not compromise the 'high-quality and comfortable stay' that the Courtyard by Marriott Tokyo Ginza Hotel values. In 2025, MiYO ORGANIC acquired B Corp certification, an international certification system given only to companies that meet certain standards in business activities that consider society and the environment.
