令和８年６月16日（火）にプレスリリースを行いました大阪府大阪市「大阪府立国際会議場（グランキューブ大阪）」で開催される「第４回アジア太平洋航空安全サミット（AP-SAS 2026）」に関する取材要領および事前登録の方法についてお知らせします。

会場内での注意事項 １．イベントホール ABC では、開会式、各セッション、閉会式を撮影いただくこ とが可能です。 ２．会場内のどの位置からでも撮影可能ですが、登壇者及び参加者の妨げとなら ないよう、節度ある撮影にご協力をお願いいたします。 ３．イベントホール DE では、展示ブースを撮影いただくことが可能です。 ４．出展者による説明、来場者の見学・通行の妨げとならないようご配慮くださ い。 ５．他の取材・撮影の妨げとなる行為や通路の占有はご遠慮願います。

4 （３）受付について 開催期間中のプレス受付は、毎日 8:00 より行っております。プログラム実施時間 中であれば、いつご来場いただいても受付可能です。受付は一般参加者と同じ受付 窓口にて行います。なお、会期前日の８月３日（月）17:00～20:00 に事前受付を実 施いたします。

受付時の注意事項 １．受付の際には記者証と名刺をご持参ください。 ２．受付にて事前登録されているかの確認を行い、確認ができましたら関係資料、 ビジターパスをお渡しいたします。 ３．警備の都合上、ビジターパスを必ず常時着用して取材を行ってください。着用 いただけない場合、会場等への入場をお断りすることとなりますのでご注意くだ さい。 ４．いずれの取材機会においても、終了後のぶら下がり会見等は予定しておりませ ん。

テクニカルツアーの注意事項 １．報道関係者の方は、必ず自社腕章又は社員証等身分のわかるものを携帯する ようにお願いいたします。 ２．受付後ツアー開始までは屋外で待機いただきます。雨天時に備え、防水対策 等のご用意をお願いいたします。 ３．会場内では係員の指示に従っていただきますようお願いいたします。 ４．展示物にはお手を触れないようにお願いいたします。 ５．旅客ターミナル及び格納庫内は十分なスペースが確保できておりません。周 囲に注意して取材いただくようにお願いいたします。 ６．車でお越しの際は、近隣の駐車場をご利用ください。 ７．展示各社に取材をご希望される場合は、見学者のバスが退場後に、各社に直 接ご相談ください。 ８．施設内は食事及び喫煙は厳禁です（水分補給は問題ございません） ９．通訳等の準備は致しかねますので、必要な場合は各社で手配ください。

２．Pre-Registration for Media Coverage Members of the media* wishing to cover the event during the summit are requested to complete the pre-registration process via the link below by Friday, July 31, 2026. Please note that media registration will not be accepted at the venue on the day of the event. In addition, for security reasons, only pre-registered media representatives will be permitted entry to the venue. * “Members of the media” include newspaper and news reporters, photographers (still and video), television and radio reporters, lighting and audio technicians and their assistants, as well as media liaison personnel representing their respective organizations.

1 ３． Media Coverage Opportunities at AP-SAS During the summit, accredited media representatives may freely cover the panel discussions, presentations, and exhibition booths located in the Main Hall on the 3rd Floor.

（２）Key Programs ① Opening Ceremony Remarks and the official opening declaration are scheduled to be delivered by Mr. Sasaki, Vice Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan. Date and Time: Tuesday, August 4, 2026, 9:00–9:30 a.m. Venue: Main Hall, 3rd Floor, Grand Cube Osaka

② Cocktail Reception and Dinner (Co-hosted by ANA, JAL, and JCAB) Date and Time: Tuesday, August 4, 2026, 6:00–8:30 p.m. Venue: Korin Room, 3rd Floor, RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka Media coverage and photography are permitted only at the beginning of the event (from the opening until immediately before the toast). Staff members will advise media representatives when it is time to leave the venue.

Notes for Media Representatives at the Venue 1. Photography and filming are permitted in Event Halls A, B, and C during the Opening Ceremony, all conference sessions, and the Closing Ceremony. 2. Media representatives may take photographs or record video from any location within the venue. However, please ensure that your activities do not disrupt speakers, participants, or the proceedings of the event. 3. Photography and filming are permitted in Event Halls D and E for coverage of the exhibition booths. 4. Please be considerate and avoid interfering with exhibitor presentations, visitor viewing, or pedestrian traffic. 5. Please refrain from obstructing other media activities or occupying passageways and common areas.

Notes for Media Representatives During the Cocktail Reception and Dinner 1. Photography and video recording are permitted. 2. Please refrain from conducting media scrums (group interviews). In addition, audio recordings of speeches, greetings, or any other sound within the venue may not be used for publication. 3. Audio and video recording of any content displayed at the venue (including corporate promotional videos) is prohibited. Posting such content on social media or any other public platforms is also strictly prohibited.

The Media Registration Desk will be open from 8:00 a.m. each day during the summit. Media representatives may register at any time during the operational hours of the conference program.

Registration will be conducted at the same registration desk used by general participants. Pre-registration will also be available on Monday, August 3, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the day before the event.

Notes for Media Representatives at Registration 1. Please bring your press credentials and a business card when checking in at the registration desk. 2. At registration, organizers will verify your advance registration. Upon confirmation, you will be provided with relevant materials and a visitor pass. 3. For security reasons, the visitor pass must be always worn and clearly visible while conducting media coverage. Please note that individuals not wearing a visitor pass may be denied entry to the venue and related facilities. 4. Please note that no doorstep interviews, media scrums, or press briefings are scheduled following any of the media coverage opportunities.

5 ４．Media Coverage Opportunities for the Tour

Media representatives are also welcome to cover the Technical Tour to the Osakako Vertiport on Thursday, August 6, including photographing participants during the site visit. Date and Time: Thursday, August 6, 2026, 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Location: Osakako Vertiport ※SoracleLabo | Osaka Metro Assembly Time: 2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.（Please note that participants arriving after the assembly period will not be permitted to join the tour.） Assembly Location: Reception desk at the Osakako Vertiport.

Notes for Media Representatives – Technical Tour 1. Media representatives are requested to carry and display their company press armband, employee ID card, or other official identification at all times. 2. After registration, media representatives will be required to wait outdoors until the start of the tour. Please prepare appropriate rain gear and other weather protection as necessary. 3. Please always follow the instructions of tour staff and venue personnel while on site. 4. Please do not touch any exhibits or display items. 5. Space within the passenger terminal and hangar is limited. Please remain aware of your surroundings and exercise caution when conducting media coverage. 6. If you travel by car, please use nearby public parking facilities. 7. Media representatives wishing to interview exhibitors are requested to contact the respective exhibitors directly after the visitor buses have departed. 8. Eating and smoking are strictly prohibited within the facility. Drinking water and other beverages for hydration is permitted. 9. Interpretation services will not be provided by the organizers. If interpretation is required, please make your own arrangements.
