Additive-free frozen baby and infant food mom’s (operated by Delights LLC, Representative: Makki Tagami) will launch "setoto," frozen infant food using Setouchi seafood, from Saturday, April 25, 2026. This project was initiated by Representative Tagami, who moved his manufacturing base from Tokyo to Takamatsu in 2022, as a "return of gratitude" for Setouchi's abundant ingredients. Through co-creation with local fishery processing companies, we aim to utilize unutilized fish and inherit local cuisine.

Through the operation of handmade, additive-free baby food mom’s, which has exceeded 4,000 cumulative users, the most frequent request from parents was "Please increase high-quality fish menus." To solve the challenge of fish consumption, which is often avoided in cooking by child-rearing households due to the burden of preparation and fear of bones, Representative Tagami moved his manufacturing base from Tokyo to Takamatsu in search of "ingredients with high potential in nutritional value and freshness." After four years, he has launched the new brand "setoto" with the desire to give shape to the blessings of the Setouchi Sea and contribute to his hometown.
