Monogatari Corporation (Headquarters: Toyohashi, Aichi; President: Hiroyuki Kato) will open its 15th domestic restaurant concept, 'Niku Sanuki Motchiri Udon Genjiro,' in Zama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. The restaurant offers full service, making it accessible for seniors and families with small children, and serves freshly made, boiled, and fried products. In addition to signature dishes like 'Kirishima Black Pork Udon' and 'Domestic Beef Stew Udon,' standard options like 'Kake Udon' are also available. Thanks to in-house noodle production and a proprietary pressure-boiling method, customers can enjoy chewy noodles for a fixed price up to four servings, allowing them to eat their fill for around 1,000 yen.
