Yosuke Horikoshi (Project Researcher, University of Tokyo / Philosophical Dialogue) and Hikaru Kashida (Digital Agency / Data Analysis). These two individuals with different areas of expertise discuss the "in-between"—the various things in the world that cannot be simply categorized as black or white. By using the "in-between" of things as a starting point for inquiry, they create unpredictable chemical reactions and offer listeners new insights. Please enjoy this crosstalk as they explore what is "just right."
In this episode, they delve deeply into the "in-between," covering topics such as: "What is the intention behind using Generative AI?", "Why I can't understand treating ChatGPT as a friend," "Can you be friends with something that lacks sensory organs?", "The difference between exploring on your own versus using AI," "The discomfort with the term 'Generative AI'," "What do people expect from Generative AI?", and "What is the uniqueness of humans?" We invite you to listen during your commute, or during gaps in your work or housework.
