16 Stores Including 5 First-Timers Join Forces! 'ROPPONGI HILLS ICE! ICE! ICE! 2026' Summer Dessert Event

Roppongi Hills, operated by Mori Building Co., Ltd., will hold 'ROPPONGI HILLS ICE! ICE! ICE! 2026' from July 1 (Wed) to August 31 (Mon), featuring unique ice-based desserts from various shops.

The annual summer sweets event 'ROPPONGI HILLS ICE! ICE! ICE!' returns with a diverse lineup, from classic ice cream to premium shaved ice, luxurious gelato, and international desserts that offer a taste of travel. A total of 16 stores, including 5 new participants, will offer cooling treats for every mood and occasion.

Highlighting shaved ice menus with premium ingredients and presentations, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon offers 'Glace Pilée Mangue,' completed by pouring a rich sauce over the shaved ice. 'Cha no Niwa,' making its Kanto debut, introduces 'Matcha Shaved Ice with Pistachio Cream.'

Reflecting Roppongi Hills' international culinary atmosphere, unique menus include Nyah Vietnam's 'Dessert Banh Mi with Mango, Cheese, and Coconut Ice' and Eggs 'n Things' 'Acai Bowl,' which are popular in the second Hawaiian boom.

Photogenic desserts are also a focus, such as Mouri Salvatore Cuomo's 'Peach Tripletta Parfait' using seasonal peaches, and Adesso's 'Crunchy Cookie Choux Gelato.' Many items are available for takeout, making them perfect for souvenirs or eating on the go.
