We are 'Mori to Coffee,' roasting coffee beans in the forests of Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture.

Sakusaku Cafe au Lait

'Sakusaku Cafe au Lait' is a luxurious Japanese-style coffee wafer featuring cafe au lait-flavored cream sandwiched between wafers infused with 'Mori to Coffee' beans. Born from the unique perspective of a coffee shop, this treat offers the experience of 'eating a cafe au lait.'

We developed this new snack with the desire to create a product that can be enjoyed even by those who do not have a habit of drinking coffee.

What kind of treat is it?

Is there a way for people who don't like coffee to enjoy the coffee from 'Mori to Coffee'?

The answer was to create a coffee-flavored treat.

Cafe au lait is a universally loved coffee beverage that gently and mellowly highlights the coffee flavor. We thought it would be wonderful if we could create an 'edible cafe au lait,' and that is how the development began.
