[Key Survey Results] 1. 'Security Cost' for Fixed Rates: Among those who borrowed within the last year, 57.4% tolerate an increase of up to 10,000 yen per month. 2. 50-Year Repayment Loan: 30.6% of those who borrowed within the last year expressed an intention to consider it positively. 3. Actions Toward Rate Hikes: 85% of recent buyers took some action, such as reducing loan amounts or budgets. 4. Raw Material Price Hikes: Nearly half of recent buyers experienced increased estimates for renovation costs.
