[MOS] "Mix Shake Ice" "Strawberry" / "Matcha" Allows You to Create Your Own Texture and Flavor

MOS Food Services, Inc. (President and CEO: Eisuke Nakamura, Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo), which operates MOS Burger, will launch "Mix Shake Ice <Strawberry>" and "Mix Shake Ice <Matcha>" on July 8, 2026 (Wed.) at 10:00 AM via the official MOS online shop.

This product is a lacto ice cream developed with the image of the "Mix Shake" series, where customers mix a sauce with the popular MOS Burger drink "MOS Shake Vanilla" to enjoy. We have prepared the popular "Strawberry" and "Matcha" flavors from our stores.

For the strawberry sauce, we used "Marihime" from Wakayama Prefecture. This is an original variety registered in 2010 in Wakayama Prefecture, characterized by its strong sweetness, moderate acidity, and juiciness. This strawberry is processed into a puree within Wakayama Prefecture to create the sauce. The matcha sauce uses "stone-ground Uji matcha" that was also used in "Mix Shake Uji Matcha" sold at MOS Burger stores between May 2023 and March 2025, and has been newly adjusted for this product. It is finished to achieve a perfect balance with the vanilla flavor while maximizing the stone-ground aroma.

We have expressed the image of "Mix Shake" by putting it in a transparent pouch with a cap so that the vanilla and sauce form a marble pattern. You can enjoy your preferred taste, texture, and throat feel by kneading and melting the frozen product.

This product will be sold on the "Official MOS Online Shop ~Life with MOS~" which opened in July 2022. We offer frozen foods arranged for enjoying store products at home, as well as lifestyle goods.
