Mita Seimenjo, a tsukemen specialty store operated by MP Kitchen Holdings Co., Ltd., will renew its grand menu starting June 10, 2026. In this renewal, in addition to the signature tsukemen, the lineup will evolve to offer a wider variety, including two types of Chuka Soba featuring thick noodles, a spicy tsukemen using house-made special chili oil, and new toppings and appetizer menus. Furthermore, the menu design has been refreshed to be more stylish and easier to read, updated to a structure that is easier for first-time customers to choose from. The newly introduced 'Chuka Soba' comes in two types: 'Tonkotsu Gyokai' (pork bone and seafood) and 'Sumashi Shio' (clear salt). Using Mita Seimenjo's signature thick-cut noodles, customers can enjoy the unity with the soup. The new 'Spicy Tokuno Tsukemen' is a spicy dish using house-made special chili oil, stimulating the appetite. For the signature 'Tokuno Tsukemen', the soup volume for large and extra-large portions has been increased by approximately 33% compared to before, allowing customers to enjoy the rich flavor until the end. With the soup increase, the 'soup refill' service will be discontinued. New toppings like 'Niku-hogushi' (shredded meat) and appetizers like 'Tsumami Chashu' and 'Tsumami Menma' have been added to cater to both meals and casual drinking needs.
