(Representative: Shiro Uejima) will host a special two-day collaboration project on July 18 (Sat) and 19 (Sun), 2026, at MOKU ISESHIMA (Wagu, Shima-cho, Shima City, Mie Prefecture), operated by Zen Co., Ltd. The event will feature Chef Kentaro Nishibuchi, owner-chef of the hard-to-book Kyoto Gion restaurant 'Nishibuchi Hanten.'

This event offers a one-day-only special course prepared by Chef Nishibuchi at MOKU ISESHIMA. A 'Dinner & Stay' plan, limited to one group, is also available.
