Love Liner releases Rilakkuma-designed liquid eyeliner!

msh's makeup brand 'Love Liner' is releasing a limited-edition liquid eyeliner in collaboration with the popular character 'Rilakkuma', available exclusively at Tsuruha Group stores starting May 28, 2026. Participating stores include Tsuruha Drug, Kusuri no Fukutaro, Drugstore Wellness, Drugstore Wants, Kusuri no Lady, Kyorindo Drugstore, and Drug Eleven. The eyeliner features a 0.1mm ultra-fine brush tip, allowing for precise control over line thickness. It is waterproof, smudge-proof against sebum and rubbing, and can be easily removed with warm water. The design theme is 'gently by your side,' featuring adorable Rilakkuma characters enjoying various toasts. The container is refillable, allowing users to reuse their favorite Rilakkuma-designed bottle. The product, titled 'Love Liner Liquid Eyeliner R5 Tsuruha Group Limited Rilakkuma Design,' comes in four colors: Black, Brown, Dark Brown, and Mocha Greige. The price is 1,760 yen (tax included).
