Matsushita Institute of Government and Management (President: Takashi Toyama, Head of Institute: Kenji Ozeki), a Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Konosuke Matsushita Memorial Foundation, has released digest videos and web content based on lectures from the "MAYORS" boot camp for leader development, held on Saturday, January 24 to Sunday, January 25, 2026.

The purpose of this initiative is to visualize the on-site knowledge of leaders who have been responsible for regional management decision-making and to share it with next-generation leaders. Kenji Ozeki, Head of Matsushita Institute of Government and Management / Former Mayor of Seki City, Gifu Prefecture Born in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture in 1972. Graduated from Waseda University, Faculty of Commerce in 1996. Attended Matsushita Institute of Government and Management (17th term) from 1996-2000. Completed Master's program at Waseda University Graduate School of Social Sciences in 2002. Served as Seki City Council member in 2007. Served as Mayor of Seki for 3 terms from 2011 to 2023. Appointed Head of Matsushita Institute of Government and Management in April 2024.
