M-Soft Inc. (Headquarters: Taito-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Keisuke Sato; hereinafter "M-Soft") will exhibit at "Maintenance & Resilience TOKYO 2026 The 52nd Plant Maintenance Show," to be held from July 15 (Fri) to 17 (Fri), 2026, at Tokyo Big Sight.
Now in its 52nd year, this exhibition is a specialized trade show focused on plant maintenance, where solutions for the challenges in maintenance operations within the manufacturing industry are presented.
In the current manufacturing industry, issues such as aging equipment countermeasures, production equipment maintenance management, and support for on-site manufacturing workers are becoming apparent. Furthermore, for large-scale plant periodic maintenance, addressing the shortage of personnel and the disappearance of maintenance know-how due to the retirement of skilled technicians has become an urgent task. Against this backdrop, how to improve operational efficiency and increase productivity has been set as an important theme by many companies.
Our booth will showcase the latest features and concrete use cases of our paperless maintenance operations tool "Check+" and our 3D digital twin facility management platform "MONOLIST."
We will propose optimal solutions to reduce the burden on the field, such as resolving the issue of knowledge being confined to individual skilled technicians and centralizing facility information. We invite you to visit our booth.

Paperless Maintenance Operations Tool "Check+"
"Check+" is a cloud service that digitizes a wide range of on-site maintenance operations, from daily inspections to large-scale periodic maintenance.
It prevents omissions in inspections and enables real-time process management and visualization of progress. Furthermore, at this exhibition, we will introduce "Issue Management," a new feature that allows for quick sharing and management of operational issues and handover items among stakeholders.

3D Digital Twin Facility Management "MONOLIST"
"MONOLIST" is a 3D digital twin facility management platform that combines a cloud-based "facility ledger" with a lightweight "web point cloud viewer" that runs in a browser.
It allows for centralized management by linking various information, such as instruction manuals and inspection history, to each facility registered in the ledger. Furthermore, through integration with the web point cloud viewer, it visualizes the location of each facility on point cloud data that three-dimensionally represents the entire site. It realizes next-generation facility management by visually connecting location and information.
