About the "Smart SME Supporter System"

This system, established by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, certifies IT vendors and other IT introduction support providers as "Information Processing Support Organizations" to help SMEs increase their productivity.

This certification allows SMEs, who may be unsure about which tools to use or which companies to approach, to select a service provider by referring to the information of IT vendors who have received this certification. It also encourages IT vendors to develop user-friendly IT tools for SMEs and aims to improve SME productivity through IT adoption.

To be certified under this system, the following main requirements must be met:

1. Possess specialized knowledge, experience, and achievements in IT and IT tools.

2. Be able to provide guidance and advice on IT utilization to SMEs aiming to improve productivity.

3. Have an organizational structure capable of providing continuous support services over a long period.

4. Agree to disclose information broadly to SMEs.
