Management Solutions, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Chairman: Nobuya Takahashi; hereinafter 'MSOL') exhibited at the international project management event 'PMI® Global Summit Series | Seoul,' held in Seoul, South Korea, from June 10–11, 2026.
As part of its global expansion efforts for PROEVER (Proever), MSOL co-sponsored the event as a Silver Sponsor. Over 400 experts from around the world, primarily from Asian countries, attended. At the PROEVER booth, MSOL introduced its latest AI-powered project management platform to customers and gathered valuable feedback, enhancing brand awareness and customer engagement in the Asian market.
Interest in this Japan-originated service was high, with many attendees viewing live demonstrations and examining individual features. Numerous questions were received regarding the new AI EPMO approach, particularly on integrating fragmented information generated at project sites. Active discussions also took place on information visualization, such as summarization and automated report generation via the AI Reporter function.
Continued Global Market Expansion: Second PMI Summit Participation Marks Further Progress
This marks MSOL’s second participation in a PMI-hosted Global Summit, following its debut as the first Japanese company to exhibit at the 'PMI Global Summit 2025' in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, in November of the previous year.
While the previous U.S. exhibition served as a venue for international validation of the beta version, this time MSOL showcased the new version of PROEVER, officially released in January 2026, which enhances organizational decision-making speed and execution power through AI EPMO. This exhibition served as a significant opportunity to expand awareness and drive adoption in global markets, including Asia.
High Interest in AI EPMO and Collaborative Management
At the PROEVER booth, demonstrations focused on AI EPMO—the cutting-edge approach that revolutionizes project execution. Active discussions and numerous inquiries were received, particularly on the following points. MSOL was able to present PROEVER as a viable solution to professionals facing diverse challenges.
Human-AI Collaborative Management: Moving beyond traditional, experience-dependent management, PROEVER enables 'collaborative management' where humans and AI work in tandem.
Eliminating Information Fragmentation and Accelerating Decision-Making: The platform is designed to visualize project status and potential risks across the entire organization in real time, maximizing organizational momentum.
Future Outlook
Receiving high praise from international professionals at the PMI Summit—the organization behind PMBOK®, the global standard in project management—for PROEVER, a Japan-developed tool, reaffirmed the value of MSOL’s vision of 'Management integrating people and Technology.'
Going forward, MSOL will continue to leverage the global insights and networks gained from this event to further enhance PROEVER’s functionality and accelerate its global market expansion.
We sincerely thank all who visited our booth. Please look forward to the continued evolution of PROEVER.
