Fuji Marriott Hotel Lake Yamanaka Launches 'Fujisan SWICY Double Burger' Featuring Koshu Wine Beef and Yamanashi Venison

Fuji Marriott Hotel Lake Yamanaka (General Manager: Naoyuki Akimoto) will launch the 'Fujisan SWICY Double Burger,' a special limited-time summer burger featuring premium Yamanashi ingredients, at its restaurant 'Grill & Dining G' from June 1 to August 31, 2026.

This burger is designed to evoke the image of Mt. Fuji and showcases the bounty of Yamanashi prefecture in a single dish. It features a fluffy Mt. Fuji-shaped brioche bun, sandwiching a double patty that combines 120 grams of flavorful 'Koshu Wine Beef' with 120 grams of robust yet delicate 'Yamanashi-produced venison.' This combination results in a deep, juicy flavor profile.

The burger is layered with rich cheddar cheese, a soft-fried egg, and sweet grilled onions to harmonize the ingredients. The key to the flavor is the 'SWICY' teriyaki sauce. This complex sauce blends sriracha, sweet chili sauce, and mustard mayonnaise, adding a spicy kick to the sweet and savory base. Furthermore, the crunch of fresh 'Fuji Lettuce' grown at the foot of Mt. Fuji adds an accent, creating a perfect balance of substance and flavor.

Toshiaki Murakami, the head chef, commented, 'We aimed to express the charm of Yamanashi on one plate. By layering the rich taste of Koshu Wine Beef with the flavor of venison, we created depth. We focused on a sweet, savory, and spicy sauce so that guests can enjoy it comfortably even in the hot season.'
