This dish reimagines the classic summer appetizer of "prosciutto and melon" in a new hamburger style.

This burger features sliced melon layered with cream cheese, a 100% domestic beef patty, and a sauce made with summer vegetables, topped with salty Jamón Serrano, all held between buns. The refreshing acidity and savory notes of the summer vegetable sauce highlight the saltiness of the Jamón Serrano, the juicy sweetness of the melon, and the meaty flavor of the patty, creating a well-balanced taste experience.
