The main factors driving sales expansion are the rapid increase in shipments of the high-component vegetables "Broccoli Super Sprout" and "Broccoli Sprout 200" due to growing health consciousness. Overall, shipments of these products increased significantly by 156% compared to the same month last year. "Broccoli Super Sprout" alone achieved its highest single-month sales.

Broccoli sprouts are young broccoli shoots that have just germinated and are rich in the beneficial compound "sulforaphane." Demand has been expanding year by year in response to rising health consciousness, and they have also gained attention as a superfood. In particular, our "Broccoli Super Sprout" is valued for its ability to consistently produce sulforaphane at high concentrations in state-of-the-art plant factories, leading to a roughly fivefold increase in shipments over the past 10 years up to 2025.

In June of this year, the appeal of broccoli sprouts was extensively featured on a TV program under the supervision of doctors, causing a sensation and leading to products disappearing from supermarket shelves at one point.
