1 Minute Walk from Animate Ikebukuro! First Gratte Independent Store Opens July 17!

Animate Co., Ltd. will open 'Animate Gratte Animate-dori' on July 17, 2026. This will be the first independent Gratte store in Animate's history. The new store is located on the street commonly known as 'Animate-dori' in Higashi-Ikebukuro 1-chome. It is highly accessible, being a one-minute walk from the Animate Ikebukuro flagship store and five minutes from Ikebukuro Station. Inside the store, customers can order 'Gratte' (patented), which are graphic lattes with characters printed on the cream, as well as icing cookies using the same illustrations. Graphic ice cream, which will be available at only three locations in Tokyo, will also be offered. Additionally, the store plans to sell merchandise related to Gratte collaboration works.
