Lump of Sugar 20th Anniversary & "Nursery Rhyme -ナーサリィ☆ライム-" Remake Crowdfunding Project Launched on "Soreosu"!

Frontier Works Inc. (Animate Group) has announced that the Lump of Sugar 20th Anniversary & "Nursery Rhyme -ナーサリィ☆ライム-" Remake Crowdfunding Project, hosted by the popular bishojo game brand "Lump of Sugar," has commenced on "Soreosu," a crowdfunding platform for anime, comic, and game fans, starting June 26, 2026 (Fri) at 7:00 PM.

This project is being executed by Lump of Sugar as the executive committee, aiming to remake the brand's first title, which is now out of print and difficult to obtain, for current environments. The Nintendo Switch download version of the game produced through this project is scheduled to be released by Frontier Works in the future, and they will be providing promotional and advertising support for the project as a partner.

Thank you always for your continued support of Lump of Sugar.

Thanks to you, Lump of Sugar has reached the significant milestone of its 20th anniversary.

We have been delivering various anniversary projects since last year, and as the "Grand Project to Conclude Our 20th Anniversary," we have decided to embark on our first-ever crowdfunding campaign.

Alongside the brand's 20th anniversary, our very first title, "Nursery Rhyme -ナーサリィ☆ライム-", also celebrates its 20th anniversary since its release.

This work continues to be loved by many to this day, but as it is a title from 20 years ago, it has long been out of print (manufacturing ended), and the physical copies currently command premium prices.

Furthermore, the original program is not compatible with current PC environments, making it impossible to offer for download sale, thus rendering it extremely difficult to play anew.

<Synopsis>

Shizuma, who is set to enroll in "Shosei Academy" this spring, chose a new life at the academy over moving with his parents. He meets the "Tomo" family, humans he met a few times as a child. The family consists of the mother and twin daughters, Yukina and Makina, who are the same age as Shizuma. Their home is close to the academy and is a large mansion. Besides these three, other girls are lodging in the mansion. There's the elf "Rin" who attends a nearby women's college, the lycan "Kururu" who is younger but a senior to Shizuma due to skipping grades, and the human girl "Teeta" of the same age who lives in the adjacent mansion. Surrounded by them, Shizuma becomes the first male lodger in the mansion.

Shizuma, who deeply interacts with the women both at home and at school, is nevertheless serious and rigid. He is a pure-hearted boy who has never dated a girl and has few female friends. Overcoming various events that occur due to living together, he eventually becomes intimate with one special person. What awaits him there is blessing, or...
